These terms cover your use of nexosai.org, the NexosAI clipping service, the NexosAI app, and products sold by NexosAI. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
NexosAI creates short video clips from live streams and sells digital products for streamers. During the beta the clipping service is free and may change, pause or end at any time.
Your content
You must own the stream you ask us to clip, or have the streamer's permission. You keep all rights to your content. You give NexosAI permission to download, process and edit your streams only to make and deliver your clips. We won't post your clips on our own accounts without your permission.
Clips we post on our accounts
NexosAI may post highlight clips of public streams on its own social accounts. If you are a streamer and want a clip of you removed, email us and we'll take it down promptly.
Payments
Paid plans, when offered, are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Digital products
Purchased overlays and templates come with a personal and commercial use license for your own channel. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
Acceptable use
Don't use NexosAI to clip content you have no right to use, or content that breaks the rules of Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
No warranty
NexosAI is provided as is. We don't guarantee views, followers or growth from any clip.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NexosAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
