NexosAI sells digital services and digital products only. Nothing is shipped.

Free beta

The clipping service is free during the beta. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.

Subscriptions and clipping plans

When paid plans launch, you can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. If you are charged and we have not delivered any clips for that billing period, email us within 14 days for a full refund of that period. Periods where clips were delivered are not refunded, but you can cancel so the next period isn't billed.

Digital downloads

Overlays, templates and other downloads can't be returned once downloaded. If a file is broken, missing or not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

Purchases made on Etsy

Orders placed through Etsy are also covered by Etsy's own purchase protection and can be handled through your Etsy order page.

How to request a refund

Email nexosaiofficial@gmail.com with the email you paid with and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
