What we collect

• Your email address and name, when you contact us or sign up.
• Your channel links and the public streams you ask us to clip.
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. NexosAI never sees or stores your full card number.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics such as page views.

How we use it

To make and deliver your clips, reply to you, process payments, and improve NexosAI. We use the Twitch, Kick and YouTube APIs only to read public stream and VOD data needed for clipping.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the services that help us run NexosAI (such as Stripe for payments and Vercel for hosting), and only as needed.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and clip history while you use NexosAI. Downloaded stream footage is deleted after your clips are delivered. Ask us anytime to delete your data.

Your choices

Email nexosaiofficial@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails.

Children

NexosAI is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
